As soon as you decide you want to make a change, please Contact Us. We work hard to get all orders dispatched ASAP, so sadly we cannot guarantee that we can make a change after your order has been placed, but we’re always happy to do our best.
We prepare your order as fast as possible and aim for quick dispatch. If you need to change the delivery address, please Contact Us as soon as possible and we will assist you if the order has not yet left our Warehouse.
Sure – great idea! You can even add your choice of Gift Wrap! To send a purchase to someone else, simply update the shipping address at checkout to the gift recipient's address. If you’d like a personal note included you can tell us in the “notes” section at the Cart.
Alternatively a SilkLiving Gift Card makes a wonderful e-gift. You can either forward your confirmation email once received or send it directly to the recipient. No delivery charges!
A SilkLiving Gift Card can be used across multiple purchases. Simply use the same unique voucher code to take advantage of any remaining balance. Please bear in mind that SilkLiving Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from issue, and only one voucher or coupon code can be applied at checkout.
People come in all shapes and sizes and as it's our mission to make Silkbody clothing available to all, our size range runs from XS – XXXL. We're constantly working towards adding to our size options, but at this stage, not all styles are available in a full range of sizes. If you’re unsure of your size please check our Size Guide.
